With our increasingly busy lifestyle it is becoming more difficult to fit in the recommended 30 minutes of exercise a day.

Swimming is a great form of exercise for fitness. At State Swim we offer a learn to swim program with the duration of classes lasting from 30 minutes in the beginner levels to up to an hour in the squad program. Not only will your children be learning to swim under our quality State Swim program but will be maintaining their fitness at the same time. 

One of the greatest benefits of swimming is, it is a skill your children will have, and use for life, and it’s great for fitness because it can easily become a part of your lifestyle at home and when you travel.
