Over the years we have developed a strategy of attracting dedicated team members who love working with children and will give their best attention in teaching your children to swim.

Our team members are all fully qualified to deliver in the area in which they are working. We are affiliated with Active Training, a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) who specialise in delivering aquatic training to the aquatic education industry. Our Instructors all hold either the Active Training Swimming Instructor qualification, the Austswim Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety qualification, or any other nationally recognised aquatic education qualification.

Many of our management staff are also swimming instructor trainers who deliver these courses to new instructors via Active Training, and combined we have one of the most experienced workforces in the aquatic education industry. All of our staff are also first aid trained and have the necessary clearances to work with children.

Our customer service and supervising team are always there to assist you with any queries you may have about your children’s progress.

State Swim Swimming Schools also have the support of an administration office that ensures that all details of our business are continually being improved.
