Adults Swim for Fitness is State Swim’s Adults squad program. This program is for adults who are looking to improve their technique for fitness, endurance or to compete in events. You’ll use this class to develop and refine strokes and dives.
Under the direction of a coach and a set program, swimmers will cover all strokes and swim between 1.5km to 2km per session. They are also helpful if you would like to improve your race times and achieve a personal best.
