Swim & Play includes two swimming programs for babies through to toddler/kindergarten designed to teach your swimmer water familiarisation, water safety, and essential skills. Swimmers start with learning a range of skills, including kicking, floating and submerging, and progress to jumping into the pool and solo swimming.

Graduating from our Sharks level and entering the 100 Bronze class is an exciting milestone for swimmers! In this class, your child will continue to strengthen their existing skills in freestyle and backstroke and will be introduced to breaststroke for the first time in a swimming lesson environment.
Our 100 Bronze classes focus on swimmers refining and perfecting technique and stamina, especially in freestyle and backstroke.

To graduate from 100 Bronze class in to our 200 Silver class, swimmers must demonstrate the required skill competencies, as well as being able to swim 100 metres of freestyle non-stop.
